Preparation and transit

After payment verification, standard preparation is 2–4 business days, extending to 5 during busy periods. Estimated transit to supported U.S. destinations is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Preparation and transit are separate; estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Checkout and dispatch

Available destinations, methods and charges appear at checkout. Fulfillment partners may dispatch separately, and parcel origin can differ from the business address. Tracking is provided when available; the first carrier scan can take time.

Address accuracy

Check the complete delivery address before ordering. Ask support promptly about corrections. Changes may be unavailable once fulfillment starts; customer address errors can result in reasonable reshipping charges.

Delays and missing parcels

Contact support with your order reference if tracking appears stalled or a parcel is missing. For a delivered status, check the delivery area, reception and carrier first. We will review the circumstances rather than dismiss a claim solely because tracking says delivered.

Delivery resolution

Confirmed shipping loss or fulfillment problems will be reviewed for an appropriate replacement, reshipment or refund. Weather, carrier disruption, customs and remote destinations may affect estimates. Any destination-dependent import charges are subject to the applicable checkout information and local requirements.

Special addresses

P.O. boxes, military addresses and territories are supported only where an available checkout service accepts the destination.
