Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains eligible returns for zqvpyr™ digital accessories.

Window and authorization

Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Email service@zqvpyr.com with the order number, item and reason. Wait for approval and the return destination; do not send merchandise automatically to the business address.

Condition and exclusions

Change-of-mind items should be unused, complete and protected for transit, with proof of purchase. Clearly disclosed final-sale or personalized goods and items damaged through misuse may be excluded where lawful. Opening the shipping carton alone does not establish ineligibility.

Technical accessories

Keep supplied cables, caps, stands and other components together. Review compatibility before use. A screen-color difference is not automatically a defect, but a material mismatch with the listing will be reviewed.

Order problems

Report damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete items promptly, preferably within 7 days, with photographs. Confirmed errors attributable to us will be resolved without additional costs caused by that error. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Costs and refunds

For preference returns, customers normally pay return postage and original shipping is normally nonrefundable. Approved returns have no restocking fee. Use tracking and retain receipts. After receipt, inspection and approval, eligible refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; posting time depends on the provider.

Exchanges and cancellation

Exchanges depend on stock. Ask about cancellation immediately; fulfillment may prevent it. Successful pre-fulfillment cancellation has no cancellation fee.
